30mm x 45mm x 4mm HSS Whitehill ‘A1’ type profile cutters – suitable for profiles up to 24mm in depth – Limiters are 28mm x 44mm x 4mm when set up with limiters these comply with all legislation for manual fed machines.
Featuring 2 pin holes for ease of set up and profiled using the latest in 5-axis CNC machinery for accuracy and speed.
Compatible with 147mm x 30mm x 19mm limiter head.

- Once the order has been received, within 24 hours one of our team will review your drawing and will get in contact if there are any questions.
- Your tooling will then go into production ready for dispatch.

Bespoke Profiling Service
EPS offer an in-house bespoke cutter profiling service. Using modern Schneeberger 5-axis CNC machines and utilising optical setting and measuring equipment to ensure quality and accuracy. With fast turnaround times, cutters can be produced from wood samples, PDF, DWG or DXF files.
