Bespoke Profiling Service

EPS offer an in-house bespoke cutter profiling service. Using modern Schneeberger 5-axis CNC machines and utilising optical setting and measuring equipment to ensure quality and accuracy. With fast turnaround times, cutters can be produced from wood samples, PDF, DWG or DXF files.

We offer a range of different knives to suit different machines and profile sizes. If you can’t find what you require please contact the sales team today to discuss your requirements or choose the cutters you need from the list below and upload your drawing. Most knives are on the shelf ready for next day dispatch.
