Description
STIHL MotoMix fuel is available here in 5L or 20L containers. A ready-mixed fuel supplied at a 50:1 fuel-to-oil ratio for compatible STIHL two-stroke engines. Check your tool’s manual and the product label to confirm that this is the correct product for your equipment.
Choosing STIHL MotoMix fuel
MotoMix is supplied as ready-mixed fuel, so it differs from a bottle of two-stroke oil used to prepare your own mixture. Check that your machine is compatible with this fuel before filling its fuel tank. A chainsaw still needs the separate chain lubricant specified for its bar and chain; ready-mixed fuel does not replace that lubricant.
Using STIHL MotoMix fuel
Review the container label before opening it, particularly if you keep several fuels and lubricants together. Use the product only for its stated purpose and follow the equipment manufacturer’s instructions. Check the remaining quantity before starting work so that you can plan replenishment without interrupting your normal maintenance routine.
Storage and product information
Keep the product in its original labelled container and follow the storage and handling instructions supplied by STIHL. Retain the label so that the product can be identified when you need to check its specification or reorder.
